Terms and Conditions for Use of Motorized Electric Luggage

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing and using our motorized electric luggage, you (“the User”) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the product. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the product.

2. Product Usage and Safety

2.1 The User agrees to use the motorized electric luggage in accordance with all operating instructions provided by the Company.

2.2 The User is solely responsible for maintaining awareness of local laws and regulations governing the use of motorized mobility devices.

2.3 This product is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16 or those who lack the physical capability to safely operate motorized equipment.

2.4 The Company is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the improper use or misuse of the motorized electric luggage, including but not limited to using the device under hazardous conditions, overloading, or attaching non-compatible items.

3. Limited Warranty and Liability

3.1 The Company provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for a period of [insert warranty period] from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

3.2 The Company shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the product.

3.3 The User assumes all risks associated with the operation, charging, and storage of the motorized electric luggage. The Company shall not be responsible for any damage to personal property or injuries resulting from the device's misuse.

4. Product Modifications and Unauthorized Repairs

4.1 Any unauthorized modifications, tampering, or repairs void the warranty and release the Company from liability for any resulting damages.

4.2 Only authorized service centers are permitted to repair or service the motorized electric luggage.

5. Compliance with Local Laws

5.1 The User agrees to operate the motorized electric luggage in accordance with all relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

5.2 The Company shall not be responsible for any fines, penalties, or legal actions arising from the User’s failure to comply with applicable laws.

6. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the User's misuse of the product or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Product Limitations

The motorized electric luggage is designed for personal use and is not intended for commercial or heavy-duty applications. Exceeding the recommended weight limit or using the luggage for unintended purposes may lead to product malfunction and voids the warranty.

8. Limited Warranty

8.1 The Company offers a limited warranty on specific components of the motorized electric luggage, effective from the date of purchase and subject to the terms outlined below:

  • Battery: 6 months warranty. The battery will be replaced if it malfunctions within 6 months, excluding issues caused by water infiltration, private disassembly, or tampering by non-certified personnel.
  • Motor: 1-year warranty. The motor will be replaced if it malfunctions within 12 months, provided it has not been damaged by external impact, structural abnormalities, private disassembly, or tampering by non-certified personnel.
  • Luggage Body: 6 months warranty for component fractures only. Scratches and wear are not covered.
  • Wheels: 2 months warranty for break-offs, excluding damages from unauthorized repairs or improper use.
  • Switch: 6 months warranty for functional failure or cracking, excluding damage from private disassembly, violent collisions, or irregular operations.

8.2 Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, or cosmetic damages on the luggage.
  • Any issues resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, improper storage, or failure to follow the operating instructions.
  • Products with missing warranty cards, invoices, or other proof of purchase.
  • Damage caused by riding in the rain, water infiltration, or soaking.
  • Any battery damage resulting from water inflow.

8.3 Claim Procedure: To make a warranty claim, the User must provide the original purchase receipt and warranty card. Warranty service will only be performed by authorized service centers. Unauthorized repairs or modifications will void this warranty.
