Warranty & Extended Protection Plans

All of our products come with a standard warranty, covering manufacturing defects and technical issues. For added peace of mind, we also offer extended protection plans that cover accidental damage, loss prevention, and long-term maintenance, ensuring that your motorized luggage remains protected on all your journeys.

Private disassembly, violent collisions, irregular operations

Notice
1. Scratches and wear on the luggage are not covered by the warranty scope.
2. The default warranty period for unnoted parts is 3 months, except for human factors.
3. The failure caused by the user's improper use, maintenance and adjustment against the Instruction Manual is not covered by the warranty scope.
4. The user improper storage or accident caused by the fault is not within the scope of warranty.
5. Product with no warranty card, purchase invoice or proof of purchase is not covered by the warranty scope.
6. Damage caused by riding in the rain and soaking in water is not covered by the warranty scope.
7. The battery damage due to water inflow is not covered by the warranty scope.
